🥘 Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Slice chicken breast into strips
2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat
3. Stir-fry chicken 4-5 minutes until cooked through
4. Remove chicken and set aside
5. Add mixed vegetables to wok
6. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender
7. Return chicken to wok
8. Pour in soy sauce, toss with garlic and ginger
9. Serve over steamed rice, garnish with sesame seeds
