Orange Chicken

Asian favorite: Orange Chicken

🥘 Ingredients

1½ lbs chicken breast, cubed 1 cup orange juice ¼ cup soy sauce 3 tbsp brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger Cornstarch for coating Orange zest

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes 2. Coat chicken in cornstarch 3. Deep fry or pan-fry until golden and crispy 4. Remove chicken and set aside 5. In separate pan, make sauce with orange juice, soy sauce, sugar 6. Add garlic, ginger, and orange zest to sauce 7. Bring sauce to simmer and thicken with cornstarch slurry 8. Toss fried chicken in orange sauce until coated 9. Garnish with orange slices and green onions, serve over rice
