1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper
2. Brush with teriyaki sauce and honey
3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat
4. Place salmon skin-side down, cook 4-5 minutes
5. Flip carefully, cook 3-4 more minutes
6. Brush with more teriyaki during cooking
7. Remove when salmon flakes easily with fork
8. Drizzle with sesame oil
9. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve over rice
