12 oz lo mein noodles
2 cups mixed vegetables
1 lb protein (chicken, beef, or shrimp)
ΒΌ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
Green onions
π¨βπ³ Instructions
1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions, drain
2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat
3. Add protein choice, stir-fry until cooked
4. Remove protein and set aside
5. Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry 3-4 minutes
6. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
7. Return protein to wok with cooked noodles
8. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil
9. Toss everything together until well combined
