🥘 Ingredients
1½ lbs beef ribeye, sliced thin
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves garlic
3 green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds
Gochugaru (red pepper flakes)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Slice beef ribeye thinly against the grain
2. Marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic
3. Let marinate at least 30 minutes
4. Heat grill or skillet to high heat
5. Cook beef slices 1-2 minutes per side
6. Don't overcrowd the pan
7. Remove beef and let rest
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions
9. Serve with steamed rice, kimchi, and banchan
