Grilling favorite: BBQ Ribs

🥘 Ingredients

2 racks pork ribs 1 cup BBQ dry rub 2 cups BBQ sauce ½ cup apple juice Wood chips for smoking Coleslaw

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Pat ribs dry and remove membrane from back 2. Generously coat ribs with dry rub on both sides 3. Let sit at room temperature 30 minutes 4. Preheat grill to 225-250°F for indirect heat 5. Place ribs bone-side down on cool side of grill 6. Smoke for 3 hours, maintaining temperature 7. Wrap in foil with apple juice, cook 2 more hours 8. Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, cook 1 hour 9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing between bones
