🥘 Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, onion
4 cheese slices
Pickles
Ketchup, mustard, mayo
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder
2. Form into 4 patties, make dimple in center
3. Season outside with more salt and pepper
4. Preheat grill to high heat, oil grates
5. Grill burgers 4-5 minutes per side for medium
6. Add cheese slices in last minute of cooking
7. Toast buns on grill cut-side down
8. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onions
9. Add condiments and serve immediately
