👨🍳 Instructions
1. Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before grilling
2. Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper
3. Brush with olive oil and fresh herbs
4. Preheat grill to high heat
5. Grill 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare
6. Don't move steak while cooking to get good sear
7. Check internal temp: 130-135°F for medium-rare
8. Let rest 10 minutes, top with garlic butter
9. Slice against the grain and serve
