1. Pat chicken wings dry
2. Coat with BBQ dry rub on all sides
3. Preheat grill to medium heat
4. Place wings on grill
5. Cook 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes
6. Brush with BBQ sauce in last 10 minutes
7. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F
8. Crisp skin over high heat for 2-3 minutes
9. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing
