🥘 Ingredients
1½ lbs meat (chicken, beef, or lamb)
2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
8 mushrooms
1 zucchini, sliced
Marinade (olive oil, lemon, garlic)
Wooden skewers
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cut meat and vegetables into 1-inch chunks
2. Marinate meat in olive oil, lemon, garlic 30 minutes
3. Thread meat and vegetables onto skewers, alternating
4. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs
5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
6. Oil grill grates well
7. Grill kabobs 10-12 minutes total
8. Turn every 3-4 minutes for even cooking
9. Serve over rice pilaf or with pita bread
