2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
ΒΌ cup olive oil
2 lemons
2 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley
Wooden skewers

1. Peel and devein shrimp, leave tails on
2. Marinate in garlic, lemon, olive oil 30 minutes
3. Thread shrimp onto skewers
4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
6. Oil grill grates well
7. Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side
8. Shrimp should be pink and opaque
9. Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce
