1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, diced onions, garlic, salt, pepper
3. Shape mixture into loaf in baking dish
4. Make glaze: mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard
5. Spread half the glaze on top of meatloaf
6. Bake 50 minutes
7. Apply remaining glaze
8. Bake 10 more minutes until internal temp is 160°F
9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
