🥘 Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups mixed vegetables
4 cups chicken broth
1 can biscuit dough
½ cup cream
Thyme, parsley
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper
2. Brown chicken in large pot with butter, remove and set aside
3. Sauté diced onions, carrots, and celery until soft
4. Sprinkle flour over vegetables, cook 2 minutes
5. Gradually add chicken broth, whisking constantly
6. Return chicken to pot, bring to simmer
7. Meanwhile, mix biscuit dough according to package
8. Drop spoonfuls of dough on top of simmering chicken
9. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes until dumplings are fluffy
