👨🍳 Instructions
1. Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and paprika
2. Rub with BBQ dry rub
3. Place in slow cooker
4. Add 1 cup water or apple juice
5. Cook on low 8-10 hours until pork shreds easily
6. Remove pork and shred with two forks
7. Drain liquid from slow cooker
8. Return shredded pork, mix with BBQ sauce
9. Serve on buns with coleslaw
