🄘 Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef 2 cans kidney beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic Chili powder, cumin, paprika Sour cream, cheese, green onions

🄩 Step 1: Brown beef Brown ground beef with diced onion and garlic in skillet. Drain fat. šŸ«• Step 2: Add to crock pot Transfer browned beef mixture to crock pot. 🄫 Step 3: Add beans and tomatoes Add kidney beans (drained), diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. šŸ§‚ Step 4: Add spices Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. šŸ’§ Step 5: Add liquid If mixture seems dry, add ½ cup water or beef broth. šŸ„„ Step 6: Stir well Stir everything together until well combined. šŸ”„ Step 7: Cook low and slow Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. ā²ļø Step 8: Taste and adjust Taste and adjust seasonings as needed in last hour. šŸ½ļø Step 9: Serve with toppings Serve hot with sour cream, shredded cheese, and green onions!
