4 lb pork shoulder 2 cups BBQ sauce 1 onion, sliced ΒΌ cup brown sugar 2 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp garlic powder Hamburger buns Coleslaw

πŸ§‚ Step 1: Make rub Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for dry rub. πŸ₯© Step 2: Rub pork Massage dry rub all over pork shoulder, coating completely. πŸ§… Step 3: Layer onions Place sliced onions in bottom of crock pot. πŸ«• Step 4: Add pork Place seasoned pork shoulder on top of onions. 🍯 Step 5: Add BBQ sauce Pour 1 cup BBQ sauce over pork. πŸ”₯ Step 6: Cook low and slow Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours until meat shreds easily. πŸ– Step 7: Shred meat Remove pork and shred with two forks. Discard any large fat pieces. πŸ₯« Step 8: Mix with sauce Return shredded pork to pot. Mix with remaining BBQ sauce. 🍽️ Step 9: Serve on buns Serve on toasted buns with coleslaw on top!
