🄘 Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breast 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 can black beans 1 can corn 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic Chicken broth Cumin, chili powder Tortilla chips, avocado, cheese

šŸ— Step 1: Add chicken Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. 🄫 Step 2: Add vegetables Add diced tomatoes, black beans (drained), corn (drained), onion, and garlic. šŸ§‚ Step 3: Season Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. 🄣 Step 4: Add broth Pour in enough chicken broth to cover ingredients (about 4 cups). šŸ”„ Step 5: Cook Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours until chicken is cooked through. šŸ– Step 6: Shred chicken Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to pot. šŸ„„ Step 7: Stir and taste Stir well. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. ā²ļø Step 8: Heat through Cook 15 more minutes to heat shredded chicken. šŸ½ļø Step 9: Serve with toppings Ladle into bowls. Top with crushed tortilla chips, avocado, and cheese!
