🄘 Ingredients

3 lb chuck roast 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 packet au jus gravy mix ½ cup butter 5-6 pepperoncini peppers ¼ cup pepperoncini juice

🄩 Step 1: Place roast in pot Place chuck roast in crock pot (no need to sear first). šŸ§‚ Step 2: Sprinkle seasonings Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus mix over roast. 🧈 Step 3: Add butter Place butter pats on top of roast. šŸŒ¶ļø Step 4: Add peppers Arrange pepperoncini peppers around roast. Pour juice over top. šŸ”„ Step 5: Cook Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours until beef is fall-apart tender. ā²ļø Step 6: Check tenderness Beef should shred easily with a fork when done. šŸ– Step 7: Shred if desired Shred beef right in the pot, mixing with the flavorful juices. šŸ„„ Step 8: Stir Stir everything together to coat beef in the rich gravy. šŸ½ļø Step 9: Serve Serve over mashed potatoes with gravy spooned over top!
