Slow cooker favorite: French Dip Sandwiches

🄘 Ingredients

3 lb beef roast 2 cans beef broth 1 packet au jus mix 1 packet Italian dressing mix 4-6 hoagie rolls Provolone cheese slices

🄩 Step 1: Place roast in pot Place beef roast in crock pot. 🄣 Step 2: Add liquids and seasonings Pour beef broth over roast. Sprinkle with au jus and Italian dressing mixes. šŸ”„ Step 3: Cook low and slow Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours until beef shreds easily. šŸ– Step 4: Shred beef Remove beef and shred with two forks, discarding any large fat pieces. šŸ’§ Step 5: Return to juices Return shredded beef to crock pot to soak up flavorful au jus. šŸž Step 6: Prepare rolls Slice hoagie rolls and lightly toast if desired. 🄩 Step 7: Fill sandwiches Pile shredded beef onto rolls. Top with provolone cheese. šŸ”„ Step 8: Melt cheese (optional) Broil 1-2 minutes to melt cheese, or serve as is. šŸ½ļø Step 9: Serve with au jus Serve with small bowls of au jus from crock pot for dipping!
