4 chicken breasts, grilled 6 cups mixed greens 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cucumber, sliced ½ red onion, sliced ¼ cup light vinaigrette Feta cheese (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and herbs 2. Grill or pan-sear 6-7 minutes per side until done 3. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice 4. Arrange mixed greens in large bowl 5. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion 6. Top with sliced grilled chicken 7. Drizzle with light vinaigrette 8. Add crumbled feta cheese if desired 9. Toss and serve immediately
