1 lb ground turkey (93% lean) 8 large lettuce leaves (butter or romaine) 1 cup diced vegetables (peppers, carrots) 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp ginger 2 cloves garlic Green onions

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Heat oil in large skillet 2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned 3. Add diced vegetables (peppers, carrots) 4. Season with low-sodium soy sauce, ginger, garlic 5. Cook until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes 6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly 7. Wash and dry lettuce leaves 8. Spoon turkey mixture into each lettuce cup 9. Garnish with green onions and serve
