4 chicken breasts, grilled 1 cup cucumber, diced 1 cup tomatoes, diced ½ cup feta cheese ¼ cup Kalamata olives 2 cups mixed greens ½ cup tzatziki sauce Lemon wedges

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts and grill until cooked through 2. Let rest 5 minutes, then dice 3. Dice cucumber and tomatoes 4. In large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes 5. Add Kalamata olives and crumbled feta 6. Top with grilled chicken 7. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice 8. Add dollop of tzatziki sauce 9. Serve with whole wheat pita
