Shrimp & Zucchini Noodles

🥘 Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 zucchini, spiralized into noodles 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Fresh basil Red pepper flakes Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Spiralize zucchini into noodles (zoodles) 2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes 3. Heat olive oil in large skillet 4. Sauté garlic 30 seconds until fragrant 5. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side 6. Remove shrimp and set aside 7. Add zucchini noodles and cherry tomatoes to pan 8. Sauté 2-3 minutes until just tender 9. Return shrimp, toss with fresh basil and lemon juice
