4 white fish fillets (cod or halibut, 5 oz each) 1 lb asparagus 2 cups broccoli florets 2 lemons 3 tbsp olive oil Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) Salt and pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon zest 2. Drizzle with olive oil and fresh herbs 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat 4. Grill fish 4-5 minutes per side until flakes easily 5. Meanwhile, toss asparagus and broccoli with olive oil 6. Grill vegetables alongside fish, 5-7 minutes 7. Turn vegetables occasionally for even cooking 8. Remove fish and vegetables from grill 9. Serve with lemon wedges
