4 chicken breasts, grilled 4 large tomatoes, sliced 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced 2 cups fresh basil leaves 3 tbsp balsamic glaze 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper

1. Season chicken breasts and grill until cooked 2. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice 3. Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into thick rounds 4. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on platter, alternating 5. Add fresh basil leaves between slices 6. Top with sliced grilled chicken 7. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze 8. Season with salt and pepper 9. Serve immediately with whole wheat bread
