1 lb penne pasta 28 oz crushed tomatoes 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp red pepper flakes ΒΌ cup olive oil Fresh basil Salt

1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil 2. Cook penne according to package directions until al dente 3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet 4. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook 1 minute 5. Add crushed tomatoes and bring to simmer 6. Season with salt and dried basil 7. Simmer sauce 10-15 minutes 8. Drain pasta, toss with spicy tomato sauce 9. Serve with grated Parmesan and fresh basil
