👨🍳 Instructions
1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil
2. Make pesto: blend fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan
3. While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil until smooth
4. Season pesto with salt and pepper
5. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
6. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain
7. Toss hot pasta with pesto
8. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce
9. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan and pine nuts
