👨🍳 Instructions
1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil
2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet
4. Sauté seasonal vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes) 5-7 minutes
5. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute
6. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
7. Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup pasta water
8. Toss pasta with vegetables, add pasta water as needed
9. Top with grated Parmesan and fresh basil
