Seafood Pasta

Classic Italian: Seafood Pasta

🥘 Ingredients

1 lb linguine ½ lb shrimp, peeled ½ lb clams ½ lb mussels 4 cloves garlic 1 cup white wine 28 oz crushed tomatoes Red pepper flakes

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil for pasta 2. Cook linguine until al dente, drain and set aside 3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 4. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes per side 5. Add clams to pan, pour in white wine 6. Cover and steam until clams open (5-7 minutes) 7. Add diced tomatoes and minced garlic 8. Toss cooked pasta with seafood and sauce 9. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes
