Butterfly chicken breasts horizontally to create a pocket.
🧀 Step 2: Make filling
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, and garlic until combined.
🥄 Step 3: Stuff chicken
Spoon cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket. Secure with toothpicks.
🧂 Step 4: Season
Season outside of chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
🥓 Step 5: Wrap with bacon
Wrap 3 strips of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, overlapping slightly.
