1.5 lbs ground beef 2 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free) 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 avocado, diced ½ cup sour cream ½ cup salsa (no sugar added) ¼ cup jalapeños Lime wedges

🔥 Step 1: Brown beef Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. 🧂 Step 2: Season beef Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened. 🥬 Step 3: Prep lettuce Chop romaine lettuce and divide among 4 bowls. 🥩 Step 4: Add beef Top each bowl with seasoned ground beef. 🥑 Step 5: Add toppings Add shredded cheese, diced avocado, jalapeños to each bowl. 🥫 Step 6: Add sour cream Add dollop of sour cream to each bowl. 🍅 Step 7: Add salsa Spoon salsa over each bowl. 🍋 Step 8: Squeeze lime Squeeze fresh lime juice over all ingredients. 🍽️ Step 9: Mix and serve Toss together before eating.
