🔥 Step 1: Brown beef
Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles.

Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
🥬 Step 3: Prep lettuce
Chop romaine lettuce and divide among 4 bowls.
