4 thick-cut pork chops
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon (juice and zest)

🧂 Step 1: Season pork chops
Pat pork chops dry. Season generously with salt, pepper, and thyme.
🔥 Step 2: Sear pork chops
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Sear pork chops 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
⏲️ Step 3: Finish in oven
Transfer skillet to 400°F oven. Cook 8-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
🥒 Step 4: Cook green beans
While pork cooks, blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
🚰 Step 5: Drain beans
Drain green beans and pat dry.
🧈 Step 6: Make garlic butter
Melt butter in pan with minced garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
🥒 Step 7: Toss beans
Add green beans to garlic butter. Toss to coat. Sauté 2-3 minutes.
🍋 Step 8: Add lemon
Add lemon juice and zest to green beans. Toss to combine.

Plate pork chops with green beans. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over top!
