1 lb ground pork or turkey
1 bag coleslaw mix (14 oz)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
3 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp sriracha (optional)

š„ Step 1: Brown meat
Brown ground pork in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
š§ Step 2: Add aromatics
Add garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
š„¬ Step 3: Add coleslaw
Add entire bag of coleslaw mix. Stir-fry 5-7 minutes until cabbage wilts.
š„« Step 4: Season
Pour coconut aminos and sesame oil over mixture. Toss to combine.
š¶ļø Step 5: Add heat (optional)
Stir in sriracha if you like it spicy.
š„ Step 6: Mix well
Continue cooking 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Cabbage should be tender but not mushy.
