2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon (juice and zest)
¼ cup white wine (or broth)
Red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

🦐 Step 1: Prep shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
🧈 Step 2: Melt butter
Melt 4 tbsp butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
🧄 Step 3: Sauté garlic
Add minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant (don't burn).
🦐 Step 4: Add shrimp
Add shrimp in single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
🍷 Step 5: Deglaze pan
Pour in white wine. Let bubble for 1 minute.
🍋 Step 6: Add lemon
Add lemon juice and zest. Stir to combine.
🧈 Step 7: Finish with butter
Stir in remaining 2 tbsp butter until melted and sauce is glossy.
⏲️ Step 8: Check doneness
Shrimp should be opaque and curled. Don't overcook!
🍽️ Step 9: Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve over zucchini noodles!
