2 ribeye steaks (12 oz each)
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh thyme
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

š„© Step 1: Season steaks
Pat steaks dry. Season generously with salt and pepper. Let sit 20 minutes.
š„ Step 2: Heat pan
Heat cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
š« Step 3: Sear steaks
Add oil to pan. Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
ā²ļø Step 4: Rest steaks
Remove steaks to cutting board. Tent with foil and let rest.
š Step 5: Cook mushrooms
In same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
š§ Step 6: Add garlic
Add garlic and thyme. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
š„« Step 7: Add Worcestershire
Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute to reduce.
š§ Step 8: Finish with butter
Stir in remaining butter until melted and mushrooms are glossy.
š½ļø Step 9: Serve
Slice steaks against the grain. Top with mushroom mixture and serve!
