🥫 Step 1: Drain chickpeas
Drain and rinse chickpeas, reserving ¼ cup liquid.
🔪 Step 2: Blend hummus
Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
💧 Step 3: Adjust consistency
Add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to reach desired consistency.
🧂 Step 4: Season
Add cumin, paprika, salt to taste. Blend again.
🥒 Step 5: Cut vegetables
Cut carrots, celery, peppers, and cucumber into sticks and slices.
🍽️ Step 6: Plate hummus
Spread hummus on serving plate. Create well in center.
🫒 Step 7: Drizzle oil
Drizzle olive oil in center well. Sprinkle with paprika.

Arrange vegetable sticks around hummus on platter.
