🥘 Step 1: Make marinade
Combine garlic, rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in bowl.
🥩 Step 2: Marinate lamb
Coat lamb chops in marinade. Let sit 20 minutes at room temperature.
🔥 Step 3: Preheat grill
Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F).
🍖 Step 4: Remove from marinade
Remove lamb chops from marinade, letting excess drip off.
🔥 Step 5: Grill first side
Place lamb chops on hot grill. Cook 3-4 minutes without moving.
↩️ Step 6: Flip
Flip chops and cook another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.
🌡️ Step 7: Check temperature
Use meat thermometer: 145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium.
⏲️ Step 8: Rest
Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
🍽️ Step 9: Serve
Serve with roasted potatoes and Greek salad!
