6 bell peppers (any color) 1 lb ground lamb or beef 1 cup rice, cooked 1 onion, diced 28 oz crushed tomatoes 2 cloves garlic Mint, parsley, cinnamon Feta cheese

šŸ«‘ Step 1: Prep peppers Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes. šŸ”„ Step 2: Brown meat Brown ground lamb/beef with diced onion and garlic until cooked through. šŸš Step 3: Mix filling Combine cooked meat, rice, half the tomatoes, mint, parsley, cinnamon, salt, pepper. šŸ„„ Step 4: Stuff peppers Spoon filling into each pepper, packing firmly but not overfilling. šŸ… Step 5: Prepare sauce Pour remaining crushed tomatoes in bottom of baking dish. šŸ“ Step 6: Arrange peppers Stand stuffed peppers upright in baking dish with tomatoes. šŸ§€ Step 7: Top with feta Sprinkle crumbled feta on top of each pepper. šŸ”„ Step 8: Bake covered Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. šŸ½ļø Step 9: Serve Serve peppers with tomato sauce spooned over top!
