🥘 Ingredients

28 oz crushed tomatoes 6 eggs 1 onion, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika Feta cheese Fresh parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

🧅 Step 1: Sauté vegetables Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. 🧄 Step 2: Add garlic and spices Add garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook 1 minute until fragrant. 🍅 Step 3: Add tomatoes Pour in crushed tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes until slightly thickened. 🧂 Step 4: Season sauce Season with salt and pepper to taste. 🥄 Step 5: Make wells Using spoon, create 6 wells in the tomato sauce. 🥚 Step 6: Add eggs Crack one egg into each well. Be careful not to break yolks. 🔥 Step 7: Cover and cook Cover pan and cook 8-10 minutes until egg whites are set but yolks still runny. 🧀 Step 8: Add feta Sprinkle crumbled feta and fresh parsley on top. 🍽️ Step 9: Serve Serve directly from pan with crusty bread for dipping!
