1 lb phyllo dough, thawed
2 lbs fresh spinach
1 lb feta cheese, crumbled
3 eggs, beaten
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic
Fresh dill
½ cup butter, melted

🌿 Step 1: Wilt spinach
Sauté spinach until wilted. Squeeze out all excess water. Chop finely.
🧅 Step 2: Cook onions
Sauté diced onion and garlic until soft and translucent.
🥣 Step 3: Mix filling
Combine spinach, onions, feta, eggs, and dill in bowl. Mix well.
🧈 Step 4: Prep phyllo
Unroll phyllo dough. Cover with damp towel to prevent drying.
🫓 Step 5: Layer bottom
Brush 9x13 pan with butter. Layer 8 sheets phyllo, brushing each with butter.
🥬 Step 6: Add filling
Spread spinach mixture evenly over phyllo layers.
🫓 Step 7: Top with phyllo
Layer remaining phyllo on top, brushing each sheet with butter.
🔪 Step 8: Score top
Use sharp knife to score top layers into squares (don't cut all the way through).
