🌑️ Step 1: Preheat oven Preheat oven to 400Β°F. 🐟 Step 2: Season fish Pat fish dry. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. πŸ… Step 3: Prep vegetables Halve cherry tomatoes. Slice garlic. Have olives and capers ready. πŸ“ Step 4: Arrange in pan Place fish fillets in greased baking dish. πŸ«’ Step 5: Add toppings Scatter tomatoes, olives, capers, and garlic over and around fish. πŸ«’ Step 6: Drizzle with oil Drizzle everything with olive oil and add lemon slices on top. πŸ”₯ Step 7: Bake Bake for 15-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. 🌿 Step 8: Add herbs Sprinkle with fresh basil and parsley right after removing from oven. 🍽️ Step 9: Serve Serve over couscous with pan juices spooned over top!
