2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup kalamata olives
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Capers

Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
π Step 2: Season fish
Pat fish dry. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 3: Prep vegetables
Halve cherry tomatoes. Slice garlic. Have olives and capers ready.
π Step 4: Arrange in pan
Place fish fillets in greased baking dish.
π« Step 5: Add toppings
Scatter tomatoes, olives, capers, and garlic over and around fish.
π« Step 6: Drizzle with oil
Drizzle everything with olive oil and add lemon slices on top.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Sprinkle with fresh basil and parsley right after removing from oven.
