🥘 Ingredients
1½ lbs chicken breast, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
8 flour tortillas
2 tbsp fajita seasoning
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sour cream, guacamole, salsa for serving
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Heat large skillet over high heat
2. Add sliced bell peppers and onions
3. Cook 4-5 minutes until slightly charred
4. Push vegetables to side, add chicken strips
5. Season with fajita seasoning
6. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes until done
7. Mix chicken and vegetables together
8. Serve with warm flour tortillas
9. Top with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa
