🥘 Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice 1 can black beans 1 lb protein (chicken, beef, or carnitas) 1 cup salsa 1 cup shredded cheese ½ cup sour cream 1 avocado Lettuce, tomatoes

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package directions 2. Season protein with cumin and chili powder 3. Cook protein in skillet until done 4. Arrange rice in bowls as base 5. Add seasoned protein on top 6. Layer with black beans, salsa, and cheese 7. Top with sour cream and diced avocado 8. Add lettuce and diced tomatoes 9. Serve with lime wedges and tortilla chips
