2 lbs flank steak
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
Corn tortillas
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Season flank steak with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper
2. Marinate in lime juice, olive oil, garlic 1 hour
3. Grill or pan-sear 4-5 minutes per side for medium
4. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against grain
5. Warm corn tortillas on dry skillet
6. Add sliced steak to each tortilla
7. Top with diced onions, cilantro, and lime juice
8. Add salsa verde or pico de gallo
9. Serve with lime wedges and grilled peppers
