🥘 Ingredients
3 lbs pork shoulder, cubed
1 lb tomatillos
2 cans green chiles
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic
2 cups chicken broth
Cumin, oregano
Cilantro
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Heat oil in large pot over medium heat
2. Add diced pork shoulder, brown on all sides
3. Add sliced onions and garlic
4. Stir in tomatillos and green chiles
5. Pour in chicken broth
6. Add cumin and oregano
7. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer
8. Cover and cook 2-3 hours until pork is tender
9. Shred pork, serve with rice and tortillas
