👨🍳 Instructions
1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil
2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
4. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes
5. Cook 1-2 minutes until garlic is golden (don't burn!)
6. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain pasta
7. Add pasta to skillet with garlic oil
8. Toss well, adding pasta water to create light sauce
9. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley
