👨🍳 Instructions
1. Heat large flour tortilla in dry skillet over medium heat
2. On half the tortilla, layer shredded cheese
3. Add cooked chicken, diced bell peppers, onions
4. Fold tortilla in half
5. Cook 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese starts melting
6. Flip carefully and cook other side 2-3 minutes
7. Remove from heat and let cool 1 minute
8. Slice into wedges
9. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole
