Grilled Salmon

🥘 Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) 2 lemons 3 tbsp olive oil Fresh dill 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon zest 2. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium heat 3. Place salmon skin-side down, cook 4-5 minutes 4. Flip carefully, cook 3-4 more minutes 5. Salmon should flake easily when done 6. Remove salmon and keep warm 7. Add minced garlic to pan, cook 30 seconds 8. Pour in lemon juice and let reduce slightly 9. Pour sauce over salmon, garnish with fresh dill
