What We Collect

How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Stripe handles all payment processing. When you subscribe, your payment details go directly to Stripe under their Privacy Policy. We receive a customer ID and subscription status โ€” nothing else.

We use standard hosting infrastructure (Render for the web server, Neon for the database). These providers store data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies, no ad-network cookies. If you log out, the session cookie is cleared.

Data Retention

Your account data โ€” cards, menus, notes, and settings โ€” persists even if your subscription is cancelled. Your data stays in case you return. If you want it deleted, contact us and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it entirely. Email support@cardplanner.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Cardplanner is a family meal planning tool, but accounts are created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their information, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify subscribers by email. Minor clarifications may be made without notice.
