Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. Don't share your account with others. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Free Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to keep your access โ€” or simply let it expire.

Subscription & Billing

Cardplanner costs $3.99/month, billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We'll charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice by email.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings โ€” no hoops, no phone calls required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.

When you cancel, your data (cards, menus, notes) is retained โ€” not deleted. If you resubscribe later, everything will be right where you left it. If you want your data deleted, contact support@cardplanner.com.

Acceptable Use

Cardplanner is for personal meal planning. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

Cardplanner owns the platform โ€” the software, design, recipe database, and all content we've created. You get a limited, non-transferable license to use it while your subscription is active.

You own your content โ€” the custom recipe cards you create, the notes you add, and any original content you contribute. We don't claim ownership of what you make.

Limitation of Liability

Cardplanner is provided "as is." We make no warranties โ€” express or implied โ€” about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardplanner's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages โ€” including lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of Cardplanner after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
